Our Team and Our History
It truly takes a great team to make a great company. Owner Mark Bessette has been the President of AC Development since its inception in 1994, and has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Although his specialty has been in the design and construction of commercial healthcare type projects, he is the recipient of five Eagle Awards for Excellence in Construction for various project types in Central Florida. When AC Development was created, Mark’s partner, Lou DeVries, who is of Canadian descent had a part in the development of the company’s name. “AC” stands for American – Canadian. Lou still works with AC Development part time and has been a key part of AC Development’s success.
Don Servi has been a Superintendent /Project manager with AC Development Group since December 2003. Don has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and is very knowledgeable in many facets of the building industry .
